Returns and Refund Policy 

At Kanha Art Jewellery, we value your trust and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

  •  15-Day Return Policy:

You can initiate a return request within 15 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

  •  Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, Nose Pins (Naths) and Toe Rings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  •  Easy and Secure Process:

Once your return is approved, you will receive confirmation, and the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

  •  Hassle-Free Shopping:

We offer secure payments, easy returns, and Cash on Delivery (COD) options to make your shopping experience worry-free.

 

How to Return

Returning your jewellery is simple and hassle-free. Follow these steps:

1. Visit the Return Centre:

Fill out the return form on our website and submit your request. You will receive an email confirmation once your request is received.

2. Our Response:

We will review your request and confirm within 24 hours. A reverse pick-up will be arranged from your address.

3. Return Steps:

  • Provide your order details.

  • Select the products you wish to return.

  • Upload clear photos of the products.

  • Submit your return request.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

 

Refund Process

  • All refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned product has been inspected and approved.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details through SMS or the method specified in the return confirmation.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 24 working hours after product approval.

  • It may take 4-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

  • To exchange an item, simply return the original product and place a new order for the replacement.

  • Exchanges are also available at our Retail Store within 15 days of delivery.

  • All exchanged items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Certain items, such as Nose Pins (Naths) and Toe Rings, cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

  • Our team will assist you to ensure a smooth and hassle-free exchange process.

Order Cancellation

  • To cancel an order, please email us at hello@kanhaartjewellery.com with your order details as soon as possible.

  • If your order has already been shipped, you can cancel by rejecting the delivery when it arrives.

  • Cancellations are subject to confirmation, and any refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

  • Ensure that all order and contact details are correct to avoid delays in processing your cancellation.

  • Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation from our team

International Orders & Returns

  • Returned products must be unused and in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and the original invoice.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

  • All international returns are subject to inspection and approval before any refund or exchange is processed.
